I posted this before in a thread.

A Youtuber was sent L'Occitane to review as she had raved about the hand cream.

So she did a review and L'Occitane made her take it down and refused to pay her for it. She did threaten them with a lawyer as she had a signed contract and did a review as requested.

Now, they sent the Imomortelle cream which is now £89. So, what she actually did was research the immortelle flower and scientific proof of it working as an anti-ageing moisturiser. There is nothing! So the flower might be great at surviving in all sorts of weather where it grows. But it will do nothing for your face apart from moisturizing and that will be the other ingredients in it the same as any other face cream.
