Now I know that most shopping telly presenters aren't renowned for their intellect but could someone have a word and tell them not to try and be clever beyond their capabilities/brain power please?? There's a dreadful blonde bimbo on TJC atm and listening to her monotonous ramblings is the audio version of watching paint dry and she's best ignored tbh, but every so often she throws in a howler that is too stupid to ignore. A few minutes ago she was flogging an ordinary silver chain but was going into raptures about it being ITALIAN so threw in the phrase that it had joie de vivre!! :smirk: Err no luv that's a FRENCH phrase...perhaps use la dolce vita next time?? Better still just belt up and stop showing your ignorance. :dull:

PPC, could you be referring to the woman with the harsh accent who seems to have made a career out of playing totally ignorant and laughing at her inability to pronounce words correctly? Give me Chloe's cut glass tones any time-well, maybe just for limited periods or even the lovely man who says "jillery"!!!!!
