I have taken delivery of the diamonique Tova cufflinks - for my brother's 60th birthday. Beautiful, but sadly they arrived in a D box only fit for a chain or earrings.
So, I contacted CS explaining the problem in clear and concise 'Queen's English', and they said I would receive an appropriate box to insert the cufflinks within a week. You can guess what happened. I HAVE received another empty box, and YES its an identical box to the first one ! totally unsuitable to house a £100 pair of cufflinks.
I really can't be a......ed to go through the whole rigmarole again, so the cufflinks and both boxes are being returned. Dear Lord if they can't provide the correct gift box for a considerably priced item of jewellery, or someone didn't understand the message or instruction, then Q should just pack it in now.
