Watching Mr Cavill at the moment with Adina and, unless I'm imagining it, I'd swear he said that there was a ban on exporting gemstones from Madagascar and that he can't get them again (paraphrase, of course). I just did a cursory search for such news online, and unless I'm not that good, or patient, at searching online, the last thing I've seen about a ban on exports was 2009, and in 2023 the ban (a ban?) was lifted. Am I being daft, or is someone telling porkies?
