I'm so sorry Sazza and Sacha. Didn't mean to ignore you. New messages haven't been showing up for me lately and I hadn't checked latest post dates for this board as so few people bother to post here.

I've answered a chunk of the probems in my reply to Meesh's post on Gems, so won't repeat it again at the risk - nay the certainty - that I'll bore the pants off everyone with my ravings.

By the way Sacha, do you know if Steve's e-mail is at Rocks still or now at Gems. The last thing I need is to give him the excuse of non-receipt.

Hi flower, have just read your other post, eloquently put as always. It all sounds a right shower, particularly on JM. They are just alienating loyal customers and new ones will soon push off if the service provided isn't satisfactory. GemsTV and JM aren't the only kids on the block! I think Steve's email addy is @gems.tv

My allegiance is moving away from them particularly as I had my basket plundered recently, being politely informed by a pop-up that the item was needed for phone buyers or a forthcoming auction. Whatever.....:dull:
