Mum has the Kennedy Collection sunglasses, that she loves. She put them away in their case over the winter and took them out yesterday to wear only to find that the frame has cracked. I notice on the website that all their jewellery is covered by a three year guarantee on materials and workmanship faults and just wondered if anyone has had similar things happen and used the guarantee? Was it easy to claim for? Thanks.

Slightly off topic but I have tried few pieces in this range and have never been impressed with the quality so not really surprised you have this problem. Hope you mum gets sorted OK if she likes the glasses and they are under the guarantee.

Dare I suggest you call QVC customer service and ask who you should contact to have them repaired or replaced ... Good luck.

I bought the watch from this collection and the clasp didn't shut properly, so sent it back. Contact QVC CS they will tell you where to go with this problem.
