She is now 15 weeks. A cockapoo ( mix with fancy name ) she is very nearly housetrained. She loves biting, especially my feet & skirts. I never knew she would bring me so much joy..and hard work :mysmilie_17: can't seem to upload the pic her, despite uploading it.
 
How tall will she be when she grows up? I'd love a dog. I like the king Charles/poodle crosses! Not too sure about picking up warm poo though!
 
Welcome to the wonderful world of "poo" ownership. Good luck with the biting she will eventually grow out of it. They are such amazing dogs who are sometimes to clever for their own good, If you haven't all ready then I would book her into puppy training classes as it will help with her socialisation and get you both into good habits from the very beginning.
I have bread 3 litters of Cockerpoos and have kept one as I just fell in love with her. If you look back in the pets section you should be able to follow the story of my last litter. If you can't find it here is the address of the blog I kept at the time http://amberspuppies.blogspot.co.uk/
She is nearly 4 now and still the love of my life (don't tell the other 2 cocker spaniels or they will get jealous).
I am a member of a wonderful Facebook group the "Cockapoo Owners Club (UK)" I know not every one does FB but there are some great groups on there to join if you do.
Enjoy every minuit with her as before you know it she will be full grown and remember to take LOT'S of photos of her.

Oh how wonderful. I've never owned a dog sadly and used to be a cat lady; now I'm a crazy bunny lady. Whatever your furry they enrich your life more than you ever imagine. Wishing you both a long and happy life together x :mysmilie_48:

Cockerpoos can vary widely in size from teeny tiny ones like my fern who weighs in at 5.3kg on fat day !
To some of the bigger males who can weigh as much as 15 - 18kg being a cross there is no guide weight like for most so call pedigree breeds. Fern is about the same height as Amber her Cocker spaniel Mum , and picking up their poo is a small price to pay for their love and devotion to you, all they ever ask for is a warm bed a lap to cuddle up on and to be fed a good quality food twice a day, to make their lives a walk 4 or 5 times a week would make their life complete. I often can't walk mine due to my Arthritis and other medical conditions and she is quite happy to play in the garden and have an extra cuddle on the sofa.
Can you tell I am besotted with my cockerpoo!

Of you may have seen her before. Ps I scoop up poo with scoop. I'm a recovering agoraphobic so walks are very controlled but my sons take her for a walk each evening. I can manage the small field near my home with somebody to help me. My doctor said it would be good for me. She will not be huge probably about 15 inches.
 
What a lovely dog Ms Sawyer - I am sure she will bring you lots of happiness, and hopefully help you in your recovery from agoraphobia.

I'm not a dog person (love cats though!) but she is adorable! Good to see you managed to post a photo of her. I'm sure your love for her will grow and grow and walking her will help with your agoraphobia - good luck!
 
Awww, she is gorgeous! I love Cockerpoos. Wish I could have a dog. Enjoy having her, I'm sure it will help lots with your recovery.
 
She looks just like Fern, if she gives you even half the amount of love and devotion as Fern gives me you will be over whelmed with love, she never leaves my side if she can help it even to the extent of coming to the bathroom with me. But she is fine when I go out she sleeps on the back of the sofa watching out for me to come home.
I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis , Fibromialga and a very rare form of dementia and having the dogs to look after makes me get up in the morning and have some sort of routine for looking after them.
So I am sure she will help you on your road to recovery and if you have a set back she will never judge you for it.
Give her a BIG hug from me and a kiss from Fern.
