How long for delivery?

I ordered items from C&C on 14th July and still no sign of them arriving, this was my first order from them and am just wondering if this is the norm for them? I also ordered the POTD from them on 20th July as a present for someone and am now wishing I hadn't, if this is how long they take to ship things then they've had their first & last orders from me.
