At the foot of the web page there is a link called "Contact Us" - I think that is probably the best way.

I am a VIP and get no ads. I do have adblocker but turned it off for this site and still no ads.

I am a VIP too and I get the choice of 'disable your ad block' or 'no thanks' each time I enter the forum.
I have to keep my ad block on because I watch a lot of YouTube and don't want their ads every five minutes.

My adblocker I can turn off for each site and it still turned on all other sites unless I chose to turn off for each o those.

I have an ad blocker and I have to set to pause to get on here. I too have been a VIP since it was introduced. I only tend to visit this forum once a day now as I rarely watch Shopping Telly now.

I did email Graham 2 weeks but have not received a reply but have tried again using your link above.

I’m a VIP member but joined a few years ago. The ads are better than they were but I’m still getting ads between every post and a banner at the top x x

When I use my phone the ads are really annoying. I am VIP and though I accept some ads may be necessary I find that looking at shopping telly on my phone makes it like hard work.
