i ordered both the white and black set of these earrings but now have been told that the white have not passed quality contral has anyone else had this problem?

I didn't order the TSV, but I did order a necklace and a bracelet on TSV day - they took AGES to be delivered, nearly 2 weeks! did not receive any explanation but thought this was rather a long time for jewellery, so wonder if they were being checked by quality control - lucky mine passed!

I would have thought they would go through quality control before QVC accepts the goods.

Think they took a long time to arrive because they were held up due to the Airlines and the ash cloud.

No idea about quality control.
