has the 30 day guarantee been removed on shoes?

I have just received a pair of Clarks shoes and there is a large sticker on the front sole saying that if you want to return them you must not have removed this sticker. It would come off even if you only walked about in the house with them, so much for the no quibble, use for 30 days,guarantee!!!
They are obviously going straight back!

Can you not take it off and stick it back on again if you want to send them back? That way they will still get their shoes back complete with sticker.

I think this is actually Clarks not QVC putting the sticker on. Same as if you went into a Clarks shop bought shoes wore them they won't take them back unless faulty. QVC are different and will take them back.

I ordered a pair of Clarks shoes in clearance and they had a sticker on too but there was also a pre-printed note in the box from QVC clearly stating that those details didn't apply.
