Grey soft touch jumper has piling on the one the presenter is wearing

I quite liked the look of it so I thought I'd check it out on their website. Saw it was 100% acrylic so won't buy it. Just noticed that the one that the presenter is wearing when they did a close up has already bobbled and piled!
