Anyone else read this in the Daily Mail today?

"Recent research from America found that up to 48 per cent of babies under the age of one developed misshapen skulls"

According to the article it develops because of the advice to lay babies on their backs to sleep & a rise of leaving babies in prams, cribs, seats etc. for long periods They've been called bucket babies in the UK.

I just know I'll be looking at babies skulls now when I'm out & about!
 
I know someone whose child has this. He now has to wear a special helmet to try and reshape his skull.
It isn't that uncommon, and certainly not breaking news!

A friend had a ventouse birth and even she said she'd given birth to a cone-head :thinking:
