I received an order today from Escentual.com for 4 bottles of EDT/aftershave - they happen to stock a difficult to find favourite of OH's - and 3 of the boxes were completely beaten up with no intact corners left. Miraculously the bottles weren't broken but the packaging was inadequate - just a bit of bubblewrap and a plastic bag!
They've offered to replace them but why can't people get it right first time? Just thought I'd post this as a warning......
