Earrings blunder!

Right in the middle of the DOD at 0900 this morning – starburst diamond earrings - they ran the video of the open day guest saying you can order with confidence because if you don't like your purchase you can return for refund!

How many times do TJC have to be whinged at about earrings? So misleading, particularly for new viewers who are unaware of TJC policies. I don't care whether it was a mistake or not, if TJC insist on this non-return of earrings policy they should be forced to have the statement on the screen whilst items are being sold.

Is no one at TJC responsible for checking content before transmission!:headbang:

It's about time they reviewed their policy on earrings and supplied them in sealed bags which can be returned as long as the bag's not opened. Even though I haven't got pierced ears I would buy them for friends and family, but, if they're not right I can't return so I won't buy them and there must be many, many others who feel the same way.

Come on TJC dump this antiquaited policy and I'm sure you'd sell more!
