I have been a customer of TJC for a number of years and when presenters state that I have 30 days to make my mind up about an item I assumed this to be true. But that was until I was directed to the fact that the 30 day returns policy starts from when the item is shipped, unlike some channels where it begins on the date when an item is received. As TJC deliveries usually take 5 to 7 working days - and sometimes longer - the 30 day money back period can be reduced by around a fifth or more. So can this really be called a '30 day' guarantee?
