Why can I receive items two days after I have ordered all of a sudden?? Anyone would think it's Christmas! Come on Q, sort out your delivery for the future! I have never known such speedy delivery from them. Items I ordered last night have been despatched today - goes to prove they can do it. I think it stinks how long they normally take to despatch and deliver.

I think they brag about their Xmas delivery successes expecting prais,e but all it does is highlight their rubbish delivery times for the other 51 weeks a year. Come back next year QVC for a pat on the back when all my parcels arrive within 48 hours!

i ordered some things from Amazon yesterday afternoon and they arrived @ 9am this morning, 18 hours after i ordered them and all for free and much cheaper than the high street!

QVC, come on if other online retailers can do it, why can't you with your so called buying power and status.
