Just curious to know if anyone else has had payments taken by QVC later than expected? Orders were placed on the 1st, and despatched on the 3rd or 4th but QVC didn't start to actually take payments until the 5th. In the meantime, the bank have assumed no-one was collecting the pending payment and returned it to balance, so, today, I've had several payments all go out at once. Luckily it didn't put me into overdraft or anything but it's annoying that QVC took so long to handle it. I'm surprised because I thought they would have wanted their money more quickly! I don't have an overdraft with my bank and I wouldn't have been happy if they had pushed my balance into unauthorised overdraft, I'd also be looking to them to cover the charges. It's also galling that I'm still waiting for most of these products to arrive. I can't believe how amateurish their operation is.
