Is it just me, or is anybody else having damaged deliveries...not just with Q :mysmilie_51:
Ordered direct from Thorntons and the parcel was delivered by Hermes, obviously dropped as one corner caved in, choccies were all over the place and box damaged.
Same with M&S via Parcel Force, items were in plastic bag, driver handed it to me saying "parcel for you" as he did the contents practically fell out, it had been torn from side to side. He just walked off and I was left on the doorstep absolutely gobsmacked...phoned Parcel Force, guy apologised and said he shouldn't have done that and he would be having words, asked if anything was damaged, which it wasn't and that was that! Sent email to M&S together with pics, they need to know how items are being delivered.
So annoyed, people pay a premium for things and postage, such a shame that they don't treat your parcels as if their own...to be expected this time of year...Merry Christmas:mysmilie_7:
