Customer service added extra item to my order

Why did i bother phoning these people, i ordered two items, when i went to my email later in the day i saw a email from them and i looked and it said i had ordered three items two of one item and one of another, i cant believe it, i phoned and was told the system had broken down to call back later, when i did get through i was told that when it comes send it back, never mind that ive wasted £4 on phone calls and im deff not going to be paying to send it back its their fault, how on earth can they get it so wrong, i spoke clear english to him, never will i phone them again:down:

Get onto your bank and dispute the transaction. It costs them a fee.
