crazy delay in despatch of items

I ordered a number of Lola Rose items this Saturday. The first two items I ordered from the 8am show are still in progress, whereas the items I ordered from the 11pm show were despatched yesterday! I will never understand QVC's policy on this - surely similar items should be despatched in the chronological order in which they are placed? Madness. No other company would do this for website sales, would they?!
