I'm away to make my first ever order with QVC and is asks for an "Introductory offer code" Seemingly I will get a cash deduction with my next order if I have one. Anyway, I think I have to get it from an existing member.

I know that quidco have an offer for first orders from QVC but you would need to have joined Quidco and access qvc via the quidco link to use it so not sure if this is something different to what you are asking about

I should give customer services a ring if I were you. 0800 514131. They'll surely have the information you want. I didn't get anything like this when I started shopping with them many moons ago.
