that's it - there won't be any watercress in asda tomorrow then. but a bag a day?? i like watercress but that would get old fast.
 
Don't worry, AY will tell you that one day.

It will be the day she launches her own line of skincare. And that, I can assure you, is just a matter of time.
 
****** typical. I cant eat it as it gives me a burning mouth (also rocket). Doctor said it was burning tonque syndrome Mr Y said more like waggling tongue syndrome the cheeky sod
 
Hurray, I love watercress & am already having it at least twice this week/coming week - 'chicken & watercress stir fry' on Saturday & 'green detox soup' (with watercress, spinach & rocket) on Monday! Nom nom! (Both recipes can be found on the BBC Good Food website if anyone is curious!) :flower:
 
why is it never "eat at least three Kit-Kats a day for youthful, wrinkle-free skin, clear bright eyes and a radiant glow"?

I know it's a 'superfood' and I've meant to eat more of it for a while now but this clinches it! I'm stockpiling!
 
They can squash they equivalent of 5 oranges into a Vit C capsule, the same with cranberry, acai, a cod`s liver, green tea, turmeric and so on and so on. I bet the day isn`t too far away before a watercress capsule is on offer !
Or Jamie Oliver will bring out a cookbook entitled 101 recipes for watercress ....
 
But don't forget the Daily Mail will have a different article next week telling us scientists have found no creams will work. That has happened some Avon wonder cream they raved about and started a rush on people buying, then two days later another article about nothing will get rid of wrinkles.

As for the lettuce, watercress, rabbits eat that a lot and they don't stop ageing or looking younger as years go by.

The snail cream thing has been big in Asia for quite a while now. Think its only a special type of snail they use.

Oh and some years back they decided that a cream with human sperm was the new anti-ageing thing. Porns stars always have lovely glowy smooth skin
