thank you all! Ummmmm doesnt look like she stayed long at tjc - or did i imagine that fanfare for her arrival at tjc was dated 15th dec last year .......just 2 months?????? If this is right I wonder why she has been snapped up at gems - unless of course its to wake Graham up in lieu of hisalarm clock

Quite so, Graham. Yet another bizarre decision in Bennett-world: Take the best presenter you have, remove him from prime-time presentations, stick him on in the middle of the night when only chronic insomniacs like me are about, and put screeching eejits into the prime-time slots. Make sure that irritating little twerps like Tintin are given hours on end, along with the howling banshees who make up the rest of the regular hours. Smart move. If you want viewers to switch off in droves, that is...

I LOVE Alan. It makes me wonder if the nice, calm polite and watchable style is NOT one that makes the company money? I can only assume that being 'good' in our eyes translates as being 'bad' in the companies eyes.
This really confuses me. Who on earth is motivated to buy something more when being screamed at? Well, not me!
