Butler and Wilson Ring Sizes

I'm looking at a B&W ring and they are sized as small, medium, large and extra large. Does anyone know how these compare to standard ring sizes?? And do they come up small/large?

I'm a size O (P if it's a big, chunky ring) and I remember when they were once equating S,M,L to actual sizes that I would need a Medium - if that helps! I've not actually bought a B&W ring so I don't know if they are true to size or not.

I don't think you would be an extra large, that would be for the end of the alphabet sizing. If you went for large and it was too big for your ring finger, you could always wear it on your middle finger.
