Has anyone called using the 20p a minute line? I just wondered how long they keep you on the phone for? Does it really work out cheaper?

i rang them for the panjaban the other day

with an existing customer number the call took just over 2 minutes so 45pish so yes it was for me

That's good then. They should roll out to other channels. Maybe more would call up.
