I have never before seen such badly cut, not to mention badly set, stones as those manky chips of Alexandrite they are selling on price drop this afternoon. Alexandrite is a beautiful stone and I hope the pathetic offering of situps doesn't put anyone off buying some proper stones, from a reputable source

A dusty like appearance within the stone that appears as a dull layer in one level is another indication of synthetic alexandrite.
