I know there are some problems and grumbles which people use this forum to express, and I admit I have sometimes been a little dissatisfied with items, quality or service, which has put the reins on my previous regular gems /rocks shopping habit.
However, I was tempted by the clearance last week,and have just received a sizeable order. I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful tookalon items, some of which were designs I hadn't seen before.There was a problem with my card for a few days, and I was concerned that items might disappear from my basket, as had happened to some other folk on here. However customer services couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and the order arrived in full today and everything, from the mystic quartz necklace to the green copper turquoise pendant, were even nicer than on screen. Well done gems!
 
good to hear some positive news .......here's hoping its a start back to the service and quality we all used to love
