77p Grand slam postage event

Paul has just said at the start of the 2pm that the event is because Andy Murray was the first British player to win Wimbledon in 77years, Funny that because Virginia Wade who is also British won Wimbledon in 1977, so that's 36 years ago not 77 years. If CC are gonna do an event they could at least get there facts right first.:angry:

Clearly CC have read my post , at the start of the 4pm show Paul corrected himself and mentioned Virginia Wade.

The whole 77p seems to have really confused Leonie, who said it was because We had a winner at Wimbo on 7/7 and it had been 77 years since the last winner and something else she couldn't remember. Did make me laugh though. Are they not allowed to mention who won Wimbo last Sunday or is this a trademark now?
