I am so annoyed I ordered this as it was on flexi pay and was a good price, Ideal World took the 1st payment the next day, then I had an email from them to say that this item was being dispatched directly from the supplier within 10- 14 days, why don't they tell you this before ordering, they are always so quick to take your flamming money from you.

It's not just direct dispatch orders anymore either. The last couple of orders I've had took so long to arrive that I just sent them straight back saying they arrived too late. Pretty poor given that their P&P charges have crept up to the level where you should expect at least a 48 hour service.
