I cant belive the p&p, ive been watching since 2pm and didnt even notice , normally its£5.99 and u used to get the snack bars incuded which u dont anymore. Also Denice says she often orders just the vanilla shakes in bulk yet IW dont stock just the vannilla so where the heck she getting them from :S

The problem with IW is they are a much better channel to watch than QVC if only they sorted out there customer service and the lack of differnt brands they have on air
