Just looking at their T's&C's, since March, they've had 14 different £10 credit promotions! How many more will we see in the next few weeks?!

14! That's ridiculous and all these T&Cs, how many poor Doris and Elsies who don't even have a computer, will be caught out with these vouchers. Doesn't bare thinking about.

And if they have them with different expiry dates, I bet the call centre will use the one with the longest date so they have less time to use some of the ones which expire soon. This is if they ask the call centre to redeem the voucher!

The call centre wont even understand what they are talking about. The call centre operatives that I have had the £1.53's worth of pleasure of speaking to have a very poor command of English, even understanding order details. I was not very confident in anything.
