Does seem odd that Gems think he's right for them, he waffles on and on about the item without telling me anything useful, carat weight, gram weight, cut or clarity. Add some less than professional antics and I'm left feeling that, he doesn't give the right image of a professionally run company...

Ok I'm exaggerating but why do they advertise a watch hour and show only 1 or 2 watches, advertise mint opal 12-8pm which makes me think 8 hours of one gem in particular and then do only 8 items of it, to 11 items of other gems! In the first 2 hours. I was looking at missed auctions on the web...
