Mine arrived today. I haven't ordered much from QVC this year but just in the past 10 days I received Smashbox, Ojon and L'occitane!! All arrived super fast.

I ordered two and it was delivered by courier. I've ordered many items from QVC in the past ??years but this and the Smashbox TSV's are the fastest deliveries I have ever experienced from QVC.

I agree merlin it was useful to click on the reviewer name and find out their comments on other items. As you say, it don't seem to work for me now either.

I didn't know L'occitane did the refills. Thank you Boffy:) for this info, I'll buy the refills from now on. My daughter and I both love L'occitane Almond. They lasts and lasts. I am also trying out LE's new handwash and it's lovely.

I'm like other posters, tried various products(mostly TSVs) in the past ???years to see what I've been missing. But now I stick to LE as her products suits me well. My life is so much simpler now.:)

I was so surprised to receive an email this afternoon confirming my order. I agree this is definately a step in the right direction.:)

Mine was also cancelled without my prior knowledge. When I phoned (and also sent a web mail) to CS they told me this was due to expired credit card. I've ordered more items from QVC with my new credit card since placing the AD. I tried to put my case but apparantly they cannot do anthing...

My TSV was delivered yesterday.:) I think they are great though I need to use them before I can give a proper opinion. I've been hoping to get them ever since I saw them on their web site for some years ago (they were not available for sale, I guess outside Korea) I love the fact they stack...

I bought C&P and Toner last week from LE and hoped to pass on the TSV but I could not resist. I think the bag was too tempting for me. I have no will power ....:o I love LE so I'll use them all apart from the self tanning.(I can share with my sister, my daughter and mother in law, too.)...
