But I did ring them...and they never answered..10 minutes later I was still waiting = poor customer service...why give an email address to correspond with if they ignore it..ah yes because they want to make their customers ring up on their premium rate number...if they were serious about good...

And I would add as an afterthought..that i don't believe IW have sold the debt, I think the DCA are acting on their behalf..however i will ask them for a Notice of Assignment because I know for a fact they won't have one...but that will make them work for their money a little harder!

This is what I'm hoping for...the DCA's introduction letter was super threatening which I know it should not be..I do know how to deal with the numpties that are DCA's and dont' worry about them at all :) the DCA will be reported to the OFT for their introduction letter as well :) I will wait...

well I sent the cheque off and its crossed in the post with a letter from them which advises the debt has been passed to a DCA and has gone up from just over £35 to almost £70 :confused: because of their charges and that the DCA will add 14% plus VAT to that until I pay it....where is Robin Hood...
