    i am really p****d off i had a phone call fom qvc saying i had to return it to get the correct colour as RCM wasnt doing the replacement colours anymore, then found out it was a lie..and i would have received the replacement colours... now i have nothing!!!!!

    yes it is true...not getting the replacement colours at all!!! red carpet are not going to do the colours seperately the only way to get them is to buy the whole kit!!!!!!!!!!

    Update from QVC!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!! They are no longer sending out the correct colours.....they are asking for the item to be returned for you to go on the advance order list and reorder the correct colours!!!!!!!! That is the only way they say that you will get the correct items ordered!!!!

I went for the french and fabulous option and have received the bold and beautiful...I rang customer services and before I had even got half the item number out they said I had received the wrong one and that I would be receiving the right one shortly and to keep the set I received...

    Hi, I have received a pre-paid label to return an item that was mis sold... I took it to the post office...I asked them to stamp the piece of paper but they wanted to weigh the item...they did and because the label is only for 2nd class packet post and the item weighed more that a 2nd class...

    yep, also phoned customer service to double check and it is printed...only thing now is it will cost approx £6 to send it back by recorded delivery ...so we'll be out of pocket for their mis selling
