I think we should evict the telephone callers. They add nothing to any presentations, convinced half of them are 'friends' of the guests the other half all seem to be ill...

The video links are taken off clearance products because the price on screen is wrong (I assume) but surely they could just blank it out - but then maybe the sound will give the incorrect price aswell.....but these are the very products that I want to see... :(

The ml size of many beauty products is not included in descriptions (esp. kits) -which I find very annoying. Also some of the gold jewellery no longer has the gram weight in the description - I'm sure it always used to be shown... QVC should be doing more- not less to win custom.

Just wanted to add that Lakeland usually sell an eraser block aswell (2.99 I think).
