    That was recorded when Vintage Cash Cow were an 'advertiser' at Ideal World, still valid. They're not doing it any more, obviously. They paid for that video so they'll be wanting their money's worth.

    We tried it quite a few years ago (2010ish I seem to remember) and I think we ended up pissing off more customers than we satisfied. So, we stopped. That and the company was drowning again.

    I think I've said this once before here. But when she first came to IW to present, Hamish made us change all the show titles she was in to "(something something) with Hayley Palmer". Her website states that she hosts two weekly music chat shows on Sky 365 but names neither the programme title...

    Hayley Palmer! She was famous for being Mark Labbett (The Beast from the Chase quiz programme)'s girlfriend and on some minority Sky channel.

    What An absolute mess; Paul and Val can well afford the loss although it will hurt. I heard there was a bit of a palaver with staff getting their last pay checks because the payroll staff forgot to cancel the last wages run, so it appeared to HMRC that the staff received their final months pay...
