I ordered the recent TSV from the 15/1/25…as they’re usually prompt at despatching TSV’s and I’ve not had a despatch email 3 days later I thought that I would log into my account and see what’s happening with it. It’s showing as ‘Awaiting stock’. I’ve sent QVC an email to see what’s happening...

I'm positive they oversell products as that's happened to me on at least 3 occasions that I can think of. To be fair they were items that had 'popped out' of other peoples baskets but if they were available to be added to my basket and be paid for they should have the stock available...

Was this when it was Ojon? I remember buying a pot and it smelling just like you describe 😂 I did send it back because of the smell but it was good stuff. The Tweak'd balm is also good, not sure how it compares to the Ojon as I only used it the once many moons ago.

If you're put off trying it because of the return postage QVC have a fixed price with Evri for anything up to 15kg and it is reasonable in my opinion, it's only £2.94 if you drop it off at a parcel shop or £3.95 for them to collect from your door, dread to think what the return cost would be...

The free p&p is interesting as tonights Estée Lauder is also free postage as was the Elemis TSV. Its almost like they’re desperate for you to buy as there’s no postage and because you love it or can’t be bothered to return you’ll keep it 😂
