Off topic but incorrect. The title is given to the eldest daughter of the sovereign. Princess Elizabeth (HM) did not get it as her aunt (Princess Mary) held the title until her death in 1965.

I got my replacement Swivel Sweeper from Woodbridge last week & it does not have the hinge so it is probably a previous model, which is fine it is certainly sturdier than the qvc one..

Apologies I got it from Woodbridge Direct & not Thane & it is cheaper than QVC. I had an email this morning & its on its way. I know there is guarantee with qvc but I use it nearly every day rather than drag out the vacuum so am willing to risk it.

Good advice Snuffles, We have lovely neighbours and have had to ask them to cut their bamboo right back as it was growing through our fence & lifting the drive. They also paid for some of our fence to be repaired. We felt awful. The family round the corner from us have had to hire a huge digger...

Yes and have to say CS was very helpful, it is going to be collected & I can have a replacement or refund. Will have to wait for the replacement as they are on order. If I miss collection driver leaves a contact number. Really good service.:D:
