    Judith Williams TSV 14/1/20

Was tempted but I see that the rose oil contains Palm oil. I avoid this in food products at all costs. Didn't realise it was used in cosmetics.

QVC email, regarding the Distance selling regulations

Had my cheque this morning for £36.97. I am vigilant as far as p&p refunds go. I always cancel via email along with my expectations regarding refund of postage charge. Surprised I got anything. Must have slipped up along the way! Dates covered are from May '14 to Aug '18

    Will not refund P & P under DSR/Consumer Contracts

For the first time I have been refused a refund of my P&P under DSR/Consumer Contracts. I have returned cosmetics before and always had the original postage refunded but have been told that because I have tried the LAB teeth whitening kit they will not refund because it reduces resale value!! I...

Why would anyone buy Clarks shoes from QVC

It's good to see some styles from Clarks being showcased but why on earth would anyone buy from QVC when they are charging £6.95 P & P? Both Clarks and Amazon are free of postage charges.

    Amazon puts QVC to shame

I am a huge fan of Amazon. I have bought many things from them over the years and always look there first for everything. Their customer service is second to none. A couple of years ago my tablet went into self destruct mode. I hadn't had it very long or so I thought. Contacted CS to see what...

    high prices

I agree with so much that's been said already. Being at home all the time due to long term incapacity has meant I use QVC and Internet shopping because I cannot go out alone and even when hubby takes me I find it difficult to shop. Sad as it may seem to those who are lucky enough to have a...

    Re-invention of Liz Earle

She's come full circle. I have her book from 1996 on my shelf (New Natural Beauty I think it's called) full of tips and skin care recipes, the likes of which she is spouting on day time telly now. Funny old world!
