She’s presenting on Ideal World a lot, seems to be their ‘beauty expert’. Her face looks tight and greasy and her lips look swollen. I always thought she was very attractive with lovely hair but not now.

They really should return to just their regular presenters presenting the shows. I’m totally put off with some big bloke shouting Buy Buy Buy at the top of his lungs like it’s some third world bazaar.

They’ve really stepped up their game when it comes to refunds.

The constant loud incoherent rambling along with the 25 price drops on everything has turned me off. Why do they even need the presenters there now if they’re going to be selling everything.

To be honest I found the portrayal of their customers a bit embarrassing, as if everyone who buys from them is a total saddo and has nothing else going on in their lives and see the presenters as their 'friends'. I'm surprised they let that go ahead and not have a more varied customer profile...
