Please do not treat us as idiots. Why is is it too complicated to explain? I have ordered AD on Elemis, more than 1x, it has been accepted with no problem. In fact, it has been the more you order the greater the discount. Why only 1x AD allowed on LD. P&P an earner for qvc?

Why is it, with any LD auto delivery, you are only allowed to order 1x at a time? If you want 2x, you have to order separately, not benefitting from P&P discount. Another QVC money maker . . .

I purchased it from John Lewis a few weeks ago. It smells beautiful straight out of the tube - but once you add water when washing off . . . AWFUL! It really is a dreadful smell. Suggest you go into JL and see if you can get a sample to try before buying.

QVC are at it again with P&P! You are only allowed to order 1x auto delivery. You can then go back and order another - but with full P&P! Suggest if anyone wants more than one they phone, complain about the P&P - QVC will then do the order & reduced the second lot of P&P. Is this the way...
