I just checked my email and mine says 04/05/2010, I didn't even notice the date as I just clicked on the link to track delivery and that told me it would be delivered today. It has been delivered now so I would check the link as the date they have put in my email is obviously wrong.

I had a delivery confirmation email yesterday with tracking number so now I know when to expect it, this is a great feature and I'm pleased that its back.

Maybe the 'incorrect' bit of your post that they were phoning you about was about the money being taken out, maybe it was on hold, but none the less, why was it put on hold before they realised they didn't have your ring? Like I said in a previous thread, a similar thing happened with me but...

I too watched that and had no idea what the stones were as all she kept saying was they were equivalent to diamonds, they did look pretty but quite pricey if they were only cz and very misleading.
