I've had a shark on from QVC which was brilliant until it started leaking water everywhere. Even though it had been over a year QVC gave a full refund. Now I have a cheapie one from Asda but it does the job and I'm quite happy with it.

Isn't it strange how everyone is different. I bought this and used on my upper lip. It hurts for the first few seconds but then nothing. I loved it so much that got it for my sister's. QVC 's mark up is shocking.
