There is a guest presenter that demonstrates the wood floor cutters, the giant vice and other tools, not sure what his name is but he wear safety glasses made to look more expensive etc - i'm sure you know who i mean. I think his name is Tony - they seem to use his real name in the advert too on...

i thought delivery was in 5 working days and we have had a bank holiday too. QVC are quite slow delivering even though they charge high P & P charges.

i bought a memory foam mattress with the added benefit of it being sprung and it was £200 and far better than the one QVC sell. Rolled mattresses are useless and thin - just easier to deliver. No decent manufacturer would roll a mattress.

I really don't like Acer products but i would only ever buy Apple myself.

I have the red panasonic LZ20 camera and it is fantastic and can be bought for £90 most places if you google it. So the TSV seems quite good value as you gey extended warranty and sd card included with the lastest model.

Also add Aldi to the list of great plant suppliers - get in quick and their plants are outstanding and far cheaper than QVC.

Even free i wouldn't waste my time on that rubbish!

I think the problem is the Reps are not trained to sell on live TV and they are not experienced with the Talk back ear pieces with the backroom staff shouting info at them. I agree we need guests with good product knowledge - QVC seem to get away with poor sales staff, mind you the high street...
