I think delivery times have increased despite high postage charges. My Parcelnet courier is a nice bloke but it is definately taking longer for things to arrive. I have had ebay stuff the following day after payment by RM in the same period.

Hooray TSV arrived today. Now wearing lilac fingernails and purple toenails. Only one coat required and I am impressed with the caviar base and top coat. I wouldn't have liked to try a second coat but one gave great coverage. I will try a thin first coat as suggested next time I paint my nails...
