It doesn't really matter whose fault it is. I would be interested who will pay for the used and returned kits. Always assumed that the companies did. If so that might explain the poor way of qVC handling this, but they would still lose on the cost of the sale unless they simple send the used one...

Have phoned CS. Been given the opportunity to go on Waitlist for the correct shades and told to use this set for now and they will send a prepay return label. Even aside from the effort and cost, as well as the inconvenience, quite frankly the waste of these products from an environmental point...

I have just spoken to a lovely lady at CS who acknowledged immediately that the colour options had been reversed accidentally. She assured me they were looking into it. I am sure they will deal with it appropriately. These things happen, somewhere I suspect a mere human pressed the wrong butten.

They would do better simply sending us all the additional set. (Hope so anyway)

I got mine off Victoria health ( I believed the newsletter that said exclusive launch) and was a bit cross when I realised that Q was cheaper and had the shampoo and conditioner included. And to top it all, no, I didn't rate it :(

After reading all the fab reviews I bought the Laura Geller freshly brewed collection when on easy pay. I really don't like any of it, and the sponge brush thing is awful, so scratchy. *runs off and hides in the Same cupboard as LE Lover *
