I am not sure that just putting something in your basket guarantees you the item, only check out. I have also noticed that the time an item is allowed in your basket has been raised to an hour instead of 30 minutes (both idle)

What I find really annoying is everything is classed as a 'Return'. Normal returns, undelivered items (returned directly to QVC), items lost in the post. All of them are on my account as returns which is unfair.

I still waiting for the last TSV to arrive lol I have the refund already but I keep holding out hope that they will arrive. Especially after a parcel(this one from Amazon)that was posted at the same time arrived this morning via Australia lol I think my money is safe this time

Salt water will eventually harm everything bar plastic. A weather protection spray/wax will help shoes remain waterproof from rain etc. to a certain extent but as you know sea water, like snow, is a killer.

well you have 30 days to return anything you buy so order the ones today and try not to use them. then see if the other is more to your taste. surely any saving made on the TSV would make up for the postage.

just had a look and the TSV I ordered yesterday morning is still showing as 'in process' i looked at the bracelet and suddenly it is showing as unavailable where this morning it was only the blue version that was on waitlist. I hope they havent suddenly realised that they don't have enough of them
