Jess is by far my least favourite presenter as her Really?? I can't see anything wrong with Kati's tone of voice. It is the frenetic shouty, borderline hysterical from certain presenters that needs some coaching surely.

Completely agree, she is fun to watch and does not shout or take herself too seriously like some others. At the same time she is knowledgeable and professional.
